Mesakti beach is located on the north side of the island, east of the Livadi Beach. The big organized sandy beach located near the village Gialiskario, also has a small port.
Choklakas is a pebbled beach in Aegiali bay on the north part of the island.
The town of Thassos or Limenas, is located in the bay between the capes Evreokastro and Pachi on the northeast side of the island.
The Museum Herakleidon was founded in 2004 by Mr and Mrs Firos and extends to two buildings in the historic district of Thissio, next to the Acropolis, the Ancient Agora and the Temple of Hephaestu
Kastro (The castle) is located on the east side of Sifnos. It is a settlement located on a hill overlooking the Aegean and the Chapel of the Seven Martyrs.
Megali Ammos beach is located near the town of Skiathos, just 2km away. The sand and clear waters are ideal for swimming and watersports.
