In Selinitsa beach near the Githeio, lies the shipwreck DIMITRIOS.
The largest beach on the island, and one of the few in the western part, is Alonitsi. Sandy, with shallow crystal clear waters.
The two windmills on the hill of Saint Nikolaos are buildings of the 18th century and the only survivors from the 10 mills that were built in the early post-revolutionary years in Salamis.
